A Solution Born from Exhaustion
At four months old, my daughter's sleep was unpredictable. She relied on a pacifier that kept falling out, leading to endless wake-ups for our family. One exhausted evening, I stitched a bunny lovey onto her sleep sack. The pacifier still slipped out, but something far more remarkable happened. She started soothing herself with the bunny. She rubbed its ears, held its hands, and cuddled it close, discovering an innate ability to self-soothe. She learned to settle herself back to sleep and soon started sleeping through the night. It transformed our family, and I knew we weren't the only ones who needed this.
